Take the Hassle Out of Filing Your IFTA Taxes
If you’re running your own trucking company, you’ll need to handle your International Fuel Tax Agreement (IFTA) taxes, depending on where your trucking company operates. Like every rule and regulation, it’s important to get it right the first time to save you money and hassle.
You can leave everything to Motor Carrier HQ to make sure you only pay what you need, not a penny more or less. Get in touch with us to get started.
Who Is Required To File IFTA Reports?
If your trucking company is based in an area that’s a member of IFTA and you operate a qualified motor vehicle in two or more areas that are part of IFTA, you are required to apply for an IFTA license and file quarterly tax returns.
Not sure if you need to file under IFTA? Don’t waste your time and money, instead, give us a call, and we’ll help you determine what you need to be compliant.
Fuel Taxes Don’t Have To Be Hard
Don’t get stuck doing paperwork! We know it’s tricky to navigate all the rules and regulations trucking companies have to follow. If you want one less thing to worry about, we can do your fuel taxes for you if you send us:
- Your miles driven (from your ELD)
- Your fuel purchases by state (from your fuel card)
That’s it. From there, we can take care of the rest, whatever you need us to do. Get all four reports filed annually for the low cost of $300.
